I had payed for my items , then when leaving the store I stopped at the entrance to briefly look at the lithium batteries on display then exited the store , got in my car and was about to exit the carpark when the manager rushed up to my car pretty much accusing me of shoplifting , after I produced my receipt I got a not very convincing mumbled apology about how he missed seeing me go to the counter , pretty poor treatment of a customer who goes in on a nearly weekly occurrence , lucky your excellent products speak to me better , hope next visit is better!

No proper communication... I entered store and asked for the deals before finding the products . The staff negotiated about the and later on showed me products and finally ended up without any deals or sort of discounts. As at the payment counter they said sorry we don’t have any deals like that . Where they didn’t say initially while entering the store

honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My partner has been raving on about this place for so long, we finally had time to stop by and my goodness ! The older gentleman were nothing but arrogant, rude and judgmental ! The younger staff acted like they were forced to work there no interest in helping, one worded answers, couldn’t be bothered attitude! I honestly I didn’t even want to continue to look around. Disgusting service!!!!!!!!
