Best gym in Canberra by far. The facility is clean, the equipment is new/top quality and the classes are structured with purpose, so not only are you getting a great training session in, but you’re seeing results. The small classes mean the coaches can correct your form when required and also means you know every member by name. The IAC community is my favourite part. I always have so much fun while training which means I look forward going to the gym every time. Matt and Bron are always professional, knowledgeable, experienced and fun. I’ve been a member for just over a month and I totally recommend it. Facilities: top-notch, there is no other way to describe them. Coaches: Yes, Matty is great. But Bron is absolutely the best. They will always push you to your limits, until you realise that, in fact, the limit doesn’t exist! Program: I am totally converted. The progress I’ve made in such short time is just incredible. I personally recommend Restore sessions, something that not many gyms offer/encourage. Switching to a boutique gym in the middle of a pandemic was the best decision ever! During these hard times, it brings me so much comfort visiting a less-crowded gym with a more controlled membership; that and Matty’s obsession with cleaning and tidiness.

Mat has been my trainer for many years. He is professional, super knowledgable all while being able to have a laugh along the way. His approach to training is unique and hyper-customised to suit the individual needs of his clients. The gym he has created is boutique in nature and is the type of training facility of the future. I highly recommend Mat and his team of trainers at Iskia Athletic Club.
This is the longest time I've stayed with a gym. It's clean, professional and a step above the rest. Matt brings his passion to every class and focuses on technique and having fun. Couldn't recommend more.
I thought I knew it all from other gyms, until I have joined Iskia Athletic Club. Fantastic clean gym with amazing people. Last but not least, Coach Matty is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. If you want results, I strongly suggest giving this gym a try, you at least owe yourself that much... I have been hurting everyday ever since. Howie
