Been seeing Sam for about 10 years now, as has my Dad and now my brother and his wife for his business. Its a family business and they are down to earth and do the right then by their clients. Would definitely recommend these guys.
First time going and they are very helpful, receptionist answered all the questions I had, and there were many. I've never gone to an accountant before but it was a very good experience. Highly recommended.
They made a big error on my tax return as one of the 'girls' prepared it and it wasn't checked by a senior account before being submitted. I received a great tax return and then the ATO chased me to pay it all back. If you're going to use them I encourage you to check your return before signing it. Once you sign it, it's your responsibility. I would steer clear of this business.
