BEWARE! Been almost 3 months since I was given the first telephone appointment in October 2020. Kind of simple return with work from home arrangement and no investment properties. At least six telephone appointments missed. The only discussion was held late November with a walk through of my case and supporting documents. Was told that I will be notified to review my return once the calculations were done. Radio silence after that. Call centre keeps escalating my case, but nothing happens. Mid December I had yo hear that my calculations were being 'put off' for some reason. Have no idea when my return will be filed or what is holding it up. My colleague had his return filed within a week of the first appointment. He had work from home along with investments. Would give negative stars if I could.

Organised my tax through the Collins St office. There was a very, very simple problem with my tax return which I raised the day it was sent to me for signing. I heard nothing for 5 days, followed up, then followed up after a further 6 days and still heard nothing. I called and was told they would get the person in question to call me. Nothing. The deadline is approaching and have not even had a courtesy response of any kind.

I don't normally post negative reviews, but I seemed to be left with no other choice and it looks like alot of others have suffered through similar experiences. Service is exceptionally bad, it's been 4 weeks since filling my return over the phone, with a bunch of emails, phone calls, no returned calls and still no confirmation of where my return sits. A main problem is you're dealing with a different person each time and your case just gets passed around so there's no actual accountability. One would think by paying the higher price tag, you should be exempt from all this hassle, time wasting and garbage service. I've been messaged to email them again and my issues will be escalated, but nothing's become of that either. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I made a phone appointment almost an hr no one call me. I have to chase up with call center and promise to send me msg for any updates which also disappeared. After reading reviews, now know why. Unprofessional!

I lodged my refund on the 2nd and got my first refund back on the 14th. I called up to find out why I’m missing the other half of my refund. They say there was an error and that it had to be re lodged. I waited another two weeks and called again on the 30th and they kept telling me it may take up to 28 days for the refund to go through. I call again today to be told that it was only re lodged on the 28th which means I may have to wait up to 28 days again. Terrible service! No one bothered to contact me or keep me updated with what was going only to find out that my refunds had to be re lodged 28 days later after it was first lodged. Will not be coming back!
