HBF is a humiliating insurance company in OZ. Never touch and enter with it. They overcharged us by adding 10% of LHC for years, but now they refused to pay for the interest at least 4.35% of home loan. Don't forget largest number of immigrants move to OZ at their age of over 31. HBF just assume everyone is born and grows up in OZ, any adding 10% or something like that to their customers. Anyone who is with HBF, search the word "LHC" in your policy right now and quit from it.
