joined a couple months and this has to be the best gym in the area. i have used other gyms and this one caters for everything. the staff are always extremely nice and helpful, and the facility is always really clean

Good gym big space enough equipment
This gym is SO spacious! It has recently been updated and it such a great change! There is a new training area, classes are now available (which are really good too) and new equipment! it is such a comfortable and clean environment.
I've been to plenty of gyms and Plus Fitness Ingleburn would be one of my favourites. Staff are always helpful and it has all the equipment you need. They have just added an awesome functional training area
