A must-try for anyone visiting the Gold Coast. There is no real way to explain what it is like until you have experienced it for yourself. It made my day to see the smile it had put on my parents' faces and how much they enjoyed it. This was my second time (first was with some friends) but it was just as fun. Suitable for people of all ages.

Fun and interesting interactive type of maze I guess. Can get very busy at peak times. Had fun, kids really enjoyed it. If you have a bit of claustrophobia that gets worse when it's pitch black be warned the first few rooms are a bit overwhelming. No easy exit makes it feel a bit smaller as well, as you need to push on or go back through it all.

Took advantage of the Easter 15% discount for online tickets which were easy to purchase and redeem in person. The admission was still a bit overpriced for what is similar to a haunted house with some creepy (yet cheesy) themes and music. The videos and promotional images they use are reminiscent of advertisements for kids back in the 90s - I think the place could do with a revamp to make it more appealing for adults. Given the themes of some rooms and the overall vibe of the place, I personally wouldn't recommend it to adults or kids (too outdated for adults, too scary for some children).

Perfect for a one time visit but pause and take your time to enjoy every space rather than rushing through it. Loved the experience but it got over too quickly. A bit longer with more rooms would have added more value to the infinity experience. We happened to also run into a few people which was not as fun, it was rather busy for a Friday thou. We definitely were excited to see the next space and in a way moved too quickly to the next room when in fact we should have taken our time in each space to enjoy the ambiance !!

Wow what an experience! I bet you will have never done anything like this before! Completely pitch black with glow in the dark gloves (and shoe covers) you navigate yourself around room to room. Our seven year old claimed to loved it but was pretty scared, and our four year old was petrified - but hey all character building right? There are lasers, balls, hands (not real!), bridges, pretty much everything and all pretty surreal the whole time!

I was at Infinity today. Laurynn and Kasey were so helpful, they truly made the experience for me. Lizzie was cool too. I will definitely be back soon thanks to the wonderful team. Love this Infinity!

The website and staff on questioning about the suitability of a baby to attend are not transparent! We were told the baby would not be old enough to comprehend the experience, which includes very loud unpleasant noises, lasers , uneven surfaces, descending floors and and scary voices . The websites states it is fun sensory experience however this is quite the opposite.Under no circumstances is this place suitable for babies or young children! My grandson was terrified as my son made the quickest exit it two minutes. Furthermore, on pressing the exit button twice my daughter was instructed to “go to the left “of the room which we were in and we were subjected to progress to the entire bad experience , so no exit was accessed . We were all very disappointed. My baby grandson who is usually very placid was crying and very unsettled all the way home . Anyone with small children and babies avoid !
