I've seen Simona for more than 10 sessions now. It's been an incredible journey of peeling back the many layers of past conditioning, becoming aware of the patterns that have impacted me, my environment and relationships, and learning life-long skills of empowering and advocating for myself. Simona is a brilliant facilitator of the process. She holds safe space and reflects back with mindfulness and empathy what I need to hear in that moment, which makes everything less scary and less alone when I'm on my healing journey! I am lucky to have her during this time.

I've been doing art therapy with Indigo for the past few months and it has helped me shift negative core beliefs I've held onto since childhood. My daughter has been seeing Simona for almost 12 months now and the progress she has made is nothing short of amazing. My daughter had seen many different allied health professionals so by the time we came to Indigo Art Therapy she had professional fatigue. After the first session I remember my daughter telling me she loved going to see Simona and that it was a safe place where she could say anything. We see Simona weekly and my daughter would not have it any other way.
