Very professional Graham assessed me. His advice re my needs seemed OK BUT price double what is available for same make & model. The model which attracted my attention initially was not offered/available. I will not be proceeding with this company.
My 80 year old father needed a new hearing aid after having his existing aid for almost 9 years ! Theresa was patient, accommodating, kind and so professional. It had taken my father almost 18 months to find a suitable hearing aid, after trying one brand after another. Through each one, Theresa was so patient, attentive and very mindful of my fathers needs and the challenges of assisting a person of that age who had the same aid for so long. She tried so hard to find the best one to suit my fathers needs, never giving up, and her persistence and dedication finally paid off ! My father and I are so appreciative for all her help and that of the receptionists , in particular Wendy, who always accommodated us, rang to confirm appointments.
