Helen was a great introductory point of contact. Her relaxed manner and approach to my needing auditory assistance gave me the confidence and understanding that hearing aids are as commonplace and natural as wearing glasses . I can now enjoy sitting in a busy restaurant or attending a seminar with the buzz of background noise and yet, hear those I am conversing with clearly. Good hearing aids are a blessing and have assisted in my enjoying socialising again.
