They are extremely rude and very unprofessional in my opinion. They forget that they are working with people who may be in a desperate situations and are not trained AT ALL. I am very disappointed at the behaviour in this office.

Last time I was here, I tried to tell the lady that was serving me my situation I was in and she was rude and kept talking over me and it was like she didn't want to help me.
