I absolutely love training at Highlite Fitness! It is such a great group to train with. Mark is a fantastic trainer and is very knowledgeable. I am feeling fantastic and more motivated to keep going than ever. There is a great diversity of ages and fitness levels so it is not intimidating to train which is a big deal for me. I have found myself a great community of like minded people and would highly recommend other people to try it out!

Highlite is a gym that works for everyone. I don't think I have seen anyone trial Highlite and not continue with it (including myself). Mark and the team are extremely knowledgeable, mixing the program up every 4 weeks with new material which keeps it fresh yet goal orientated. I have become so much stronger in such a short space since joining and genuinely love my early morning starts now it kicks off with high calorie burning classes. Everyone is super friendly, supportive and helpful when you start out and it's for any fitness level, always extra options. Glad I made the move to Highlite :)

I highly recommend Mark and the team at Highlite! They have created such a personable and inviting environment that is honestly for people just starting out or wanting to find something more in their fitness journey. I have seen such amazing results, not just physically but also mentally for the short time I have been. The workouts always leave me feeling accomplished and I’m always smashing little goals and PBs. I enjoy waking up going to the gym and starting my day, sets me up for a good and motivated day!

I've tried lots of different styles of gyms in the past and Highlite Fitness is my favourite by a long shot! The staff are great and I'm loving the workouts - they're fun and challenging and they keep me really motivated. Plus, the music playlists are awesome! I can't recommend it highly enough. I'm a huge fan!

Mark and the team run a great show over at Highlite and it is something I never thought I would be looking forward to in the morning each night. Even in the darkest hours Mark has a spring in his step to get you going. Highly recommend!

Highlite is THE BEST gym/group fitness i have ever been apart of! Speaking as someone who previously had several unused gym memberships and no motivation to workout. Mark and Todd are highly experienced trainers, with every member being mentored from improving techniques to achieving goals EVERY SESSION! They are with you every step of the way whether it be from day to day goals or even just assisting you to get through the class. The members are extremely welcoming and whilst i may have only been with Highlite for 8 months, I have never felt anything but welcome to each session!

I've been training with Mark and the team at Highlite Fitness for nearly two months now and absolutely love it. The programs are well designed and due to the way they have been put together I can train 5 days a week without getting too sore. The reason why it is such an amazing gym is because the Highlite team really understand how the human body works and the science behind it all. It's a smarter, more efficient way to train.
