I just want to say thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For your for the rescue. We arrived at the racetrack this morning to find the key to our tool box was left in Brisbane. Rude stuff with very expensive price. My car is Holden Astra, need a new key and they want 780 dollars, also need to wait for one week as they need to book it from Holden. While I went to Tony Island bought a blank one, then went to other key shop for coating and programing, I got my key with half price next morning.
They managed to recut a cut i had snapped in half like it was nothing
They are fantastic! The guy I talked on the phone to get the quote was absolutely helpful and efficient! he was so kind and explained to me very well. I've called 5 other locksmiths at the time but Ruswin was the only company give me the quote on the first call. also best price!(less than half of other quote.) The lady at the counter was very friendly and kind as well! Very professional work and great customer service. I will definitely use them again! I can't recommend highly enough.
Hi , Left High Security Lockwood Padlock to get it "keyed" ...keep ringing ..to know what has happened ...but no concrete response , "apart ...that it would cost a lot ..." While in Townsville this week , drop in and was advised they do NOT have or can NOT locate padlock ????? Did locate the paper work for another job , left at the same time , given the round around that They (Ruswin) would NOT take any work without issuing a Receipt...but found the Restricted Padlock Keying ..Ah well this is another Department ..???!!!! Very un-helpful Sharon at the front desk ..!!!!! After 45' ..we found the paper work but NOT the padlock ,,... Good on U ..Ruswin !!!!!!
