We purchased a Westinghouse stove and range hood from HN Noosaville last month. when we installed the range hood, we realised we needed an extension for the flue. Rang HN and they advised us to call Electrolux and they will be able to assist. Range Electrolux number and immediately went on hold for 15 minutes. Electrolux website provide a customer service email. We emailed the stating the issue and simply asked if we can buy a flue extension. What transpired after that is an absolute disaster in public relations exercise that would leave many people in total shock! Whilst I would love to publish the email trail, on legal advice, i will retain for future reference. Firstly, they said they don't sell extensions, I offered to buy a complete flue kit, No we don't sell them they said, I asked if they can refer me to their supplier or a company that i can buy a kit from, No we don't have that either as the product is manufactured overseas! An no we can't help you unless you buy a complete new range hood! Very disappointing Electrolux used to be a good name in the industry but obviously your customer support is way behind and certainly need urgent training in how to keep a customers on side Shame that Westinghouse is associated with such a dismal company treating customers badly

Do not buy from these guys. They replaced our brand new fridge that came to us already broken. They organised to take the original one with them, but instead couldn't be bothered taking it down the stairs and left it on our balcony 4 days ago. We've been calling repeatedly and finally today they said they'll pick it up next Wednesday. So a week and a half after the said they'd pick it up. Our balcony has a weight limit and we are in breech of our body corporate having a fridge out there. Completely lazy. They bounced me around the system and seemed to only want to discuss things with my husband (go figure). If I could give zero stars I would without hesitation.
New fridge only 6 months old and drawers have broken. The customer service is sadly lacking with no response from 3 emails.
There should be negative stars for this company. Cannot believe a company that owns so many brands provides such poor service. I have a warranty replacement on a washing machine. Cannot reach them on the phone and they do not respond to emails. Service technician was excellent and probably the only redeeming feature of this company. This is my second Electrolux washing machine and definitely the last.
Rude, arrogant service technician came to fix our dishwasher. Lied about trying to contact us then admitted he read the work sheet and simply didn't care about what it said. It costs nothing to be nice, maybe you wouldn't be such a miserable person if you tried to be civil with people.
Terrible customer service on faulty products. They don't return calls emails etc. very poor customer service could not recommend them
