They promised that a doctor would call me and help. They told me they can write me a script and fax it to a nearby pharmacy. They told me to wait 2-3 hours. I waited. No one called. I called them back and they put me on to a doctor. The doctor was very argumentative. Kept bringing up government opinions over my health. Told the doc, my health is not the responsibility of the government. My health is my responsibility. Wasted 3 hours only to get told that I need to go to see a proper doctor in the morning to get basic prescription medicine.

It’s been a great experience as promptly got acknowledged to our booking. Dr arrived to estimated arrival time provided and thoroughly listened to the concerns and gave appropriate treatment.

Booked at 2am this morning, doctor called in sick - which is fair enough - they couldn't get another doctor to start until 6pm and I was advised that it would be another 4hrs minimum. Keep it mind that I called them at 10am to ask what was going on, not the other way around.

Absolutely fantastic service! The phone operator informed me a doctor would be at my house within 2-3 hours but Dr Abboosh arrived at my house within an hour. He was very professional, friendly and understanding. The results of his diagnosis, prescription and advice made it so I was still able to make it to my work Christmas party that night after feeling horrible all day. I would highly recommend this service and their GPs.

Absolutely fantastic service ! Speedy, seen within 45 mins of calling. Dr Shekhawatia was clinically excellent, thorough, kind and empathetic - given extensive advice of what to expect and react to over next few days. As a medical professional I am very particular about GP care but this was amazing Thank you so much

Would not give this service a 1 star if possible. Called this service just before 8pm and it was pretty quick they got here about 9:30pm. But after speaking to 13health who recommended my 11 year old daughter see a Dr in the next 4 hours, the Dr who came was terrible. Looked at my daughter for not even 2 mins, looked at her throat from a distance and checked her stomach as she was suffering from terrible stomach pain, just to be told it's "probably a sore tummy from her stuffy nose" but the pain was worse than a 10/10. Absolutely worst Dr service I have ever used.
