Very Good experience. Called James in the morning and he came around in the afternoon. He was very helpful and fixed our oven hinges. His callout fee of 88 was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

This company provided us with a faulty product which he argued was not faulty. When we sent the product back, he refused to give a full refund. His testing and restocking were extremely unrealistic (over half the cost of the product). When we asked for him to return it, after not receiving a refund, he asked us to pay 50 (reduced from 150 as a "goodwill gesture"). We are an electrical contracting company, we have been in business for over 20 years, and this is the worst supplier we have ever dealt with. A note about the owners reply: Paypal never rejected the claim, after contacting you, we made a claim but it was outside Paypal's terms for raising one. Being a liar is a poor way to run a business. Judging by other reviews, we aren't the only customers who have been lied to.

WORST BUSINESS I EVER DEAL WITH. PURCHASED AN OVEN DOOR SEAL FROM THIS SHOP LAST SATURDAY, THEIR EBAY WEBSITE SAYS 68 AND SO I PAID 68 CASH. THE DOOR SEAL DOESN'T FIT SO I ASK MY WIFE TO RETURN IT AND THIS MAN SAID HE CAN REFUND 65 NOT 68 AND ASK US TO PROVE THAT I HAVE PAID 68. I TALKED TO THIS MAN THROUGH PHONE AND HE RAISED HIS VOICE AND KEEP SAYING I AM DISHONEST CUSTOMER AND A LOT OF F**G WORDS COMING OUT FROM HIS MOUTH. HE SAID THE SAME F*** WORDS TO MY WIFE AND SHOUTED DON'T COME BACK TO HIS SHOP ANYMORE. NO RESPECT TO WOMEN, NO RESPECT TO HIS CUSTOMER
