Walked in looking to buy a laptop for my new job. I really didn’t have too much idea but a nice man(sorry I didn’t get his name) made it super easily for me. Explained why it’s suitable for what I’ll be using for etc and answered any questions I had. I’ve now used it for a week and absolutely loooove my new laptop! Thank you!

Purchased plenty of items from the Helensvale store. This store seems to operate a little differently than other jb hifi stores where the staff look to dodge you! These guys actually approach you and ask you if you need any help. They are very knowledgeable in their specific fields. Dylan was our sales consultant on the last couple of occasions and is very friendly, profeesional and knowledgeable!
