Have had AAA out to fix our appliances now for around 5 years. They are never late and always do a great job. They literately do all appliances and their charges are much cheaper than the bigger company's. Thoroughly recommend them to everyone. Phill
Phoned yesterday and Laurie said real busy probably won't get to you till Friday..but will call Thursday....got the call as promised and he said see you in two hrs...true to his word.. Fast efficient service...washing machine sorted happy wife
My elderly parents had AAA attend their house to repair a Miele dishwasher, were charged 138, and were promised they would receive a quotation for repair. Three weeks, and two follow-up phone calls, later and they are still waiting for the quote! Extremely poor customer service.
I called this company regarding a blown oven element and was told that he would get back to me. After 3 weeks I called again and was told the manufacturer (technika) hadn't responded back to him, I didn't believe this but after being reassured that he would follow up I decided to wait. Well after another 3 weeks with no call, enough was enough. I called another local company and within minutes they confirmed part availability, costs involved and set the repair date. I won't call A A A again
Called, emailed and texted to have a technician come out, after a week of follow ups, no responses through multiple channels. Quite disappointing!
Very good service to our hotplates, fast and efficient. Very well mannered service man!. Would highly recommend to everyone. They do pretty much every appliance in the home, extremely happy to use them.
AAA repairs was great. Attended our place for a fridge breakdown, assessed the issue, then returned 1 week later to complete repair. The technician was very professional, polite and punctual. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a repair and old school professional service.
