I recently hired this firm to fireproof 9 units. The first day they ran out of materials after 4 hours or so, they had to come back the next day, this is after having to get keys etc all over again, guess what , they ran out of materials again after 6 hours. After that, the operator went on holiday so I had to get another person to finish the job. They quoted me three times the price for each unit of sealant, I accepted that, thinking that they may use 10 or even 20 at 25 a piece (for small tubes). When they sent an invoice that included 54 tubes I phoned them to ask why they didn't use the more economical large 600cc sausage version (that I bought for 8.95 each Their excuse was that it was messier. The next operator had no problem whatsoever. At least they could have let me know how much was being used. Added to that, they had no idea about party wall blanket material (rockwall) that is easier to use and much cheaper than the small fire pillows that they used. I bought some and instructed their operator how to use it. I had no problem with the young operator, he did what he could with what he knew. When I complained about the invoice, they took off 5%...big deal. I would have saved 1200 if they had used what I eventually supplied the next person. in short, this task was beyond this company's expertise. I would not recommend them.
