Dealing with most fire companies has been a pain we admin staff would love to avoid. HOWEVER. Since changing to Protector FS the first to current servicing been a breeze! We’ve had some issues with our systems in the past, after 2 years of halfhearted attempts from the previous contractors. We’re now up to standard, fully covered and most importantly, keeping our employees safe. Thanks again it’s appreciated!

Protector Fire Services deal with complaints and issues most unprofessional. Don't use them if want good customer service. They installed a fire extinguisher without needing to and charged me, asking only for cash from my store manager. Tech failed to see the in-date FE mounted, and assumed no FE was ever installed :/ Asked for a refund because FE not required, and after many attempts to contact them, they denied responsibility and didn't honour refund. Despite many attempts to 'professionally' rectify. Now with Dept Consumer Affairs, if not only for principle. Use with caution. This is only based on my individual experience.
