Made two purchases over the busy holiday period - Hitachi fridge and CHiQ TV. Both were amazing prices, both have been great quality. Fridge was delivered. The team were friendly and helpful. I picked up the TV in store and a team member kindly offered to help me carry the TV to my vehicle as I was on my own. Great store - happy customer!
Smooth and seamless "Click n Collect" experience. These guys handle things much better than their main competitors.

Worst experience ever! Tries to return a faulty set of headphones bought 2 weeks ago to be rudely told no they would send them off to have them looked at which I disagreed with as they were only 2 weeks old and if they couldn't be replaced I wanted a refund. The "Managed" laughed and said that he wasn't giving me anything. Any other store would have just replaced them. A customer overhead how he was talking to me and came to my defence as he agreed that even if they weren't faulty i was not told the policy and was also allowed to change my mind. What really got me though was the gentleman who came to my defence was told by the manager to "go back to your own country"! The gentleman was English of an Arabic background. Astounding when the manager himself is Chinese. Boycott this store people as there is no way anyone should be handing their money over to a clearly RASCIST manager. I have never been so disgusted in my life!

I bought this product for only 14 days after that it not working so I went to contact the store and the store confirmed to pick up the new one within 4 days. I waited until 4 days without any contact from the shop so I called into the store and they said that I have to continue wait and I asked them to confirm how many days I have to wait? because I don't want to wait my time without confirm due to I said to them I need to use this product as soon. the staff spoke every badly to me and said the product was no longer available. they don’t have this product in stroke (why they don't tell me at the first time if I didn't call to them, how low I have to wait?) I would like to tell about the experience that I bought the product at BING LEE shop, make me so disappointed because the service after sale was very badly. They will not care if your product has a problem. I will comments everywhere to notification
Spend only few minutes here before choosing time. Staff just want to finish the day and close the store. They are not willing to help.
