I received the most friendly and professional service from the initial inquiry to the completion of my refinance experience with Hashching. James from Hashching was highly attentive, always available and well beyond my expectation.

I dealt with a broker with a five star gold rating. If anything, she was completely unprofessional. First of all, she requested payment from me for providing me with quoting the different mortgage rates. She also provided the bank the wrong address which prevented me from getting my financial approval letter prior to settlement. The broker ignored my calls and emails and my conveyancer had to clean up the broker’s mess. I don’t recommend this service.

Super helpful service. HashChing provided me access to awesome deal comparison platform, and connected me with a mortgage broker who managed to get me the best deal on my new property purchase. Both the broker and user get provided a beautiful dashboard, that's easy to navigate, and borrowers like me can either choose a broker they want to deal with directly based on their publicly viewable profile stats) or just simply get assigned the nearest available broker by locale if the user doesn't want to choose. Customer.service is an A too!

Extremely unprofessional, They double booked me with 2 mortgage brokers and wasted all of our time. I was assigned a mortgage broker and about a week later, HashChing ring me and tell me the current mortgage broker is no longer available (which I later find out is a lie). HashChing then assign me a second mortgage broker and I restart the loan application process. During the same day I am compiling documents for loans, I was contacted from my first broker and I find out that he didn't know he had been replaced. Now it gets interesting. I ring HashChing to find out why my first broker was replaced and they told me it was because he had not rang me, which was a complete and utter lie. I have records of all in and out going calls with time and number records. The first broker and I are no longer using HashChing after this absolutely stressful experience. Not sure about the second broker who paid a higher fee for clients though. Don't waste your time and possibly your credit rating on this service.

I found HashChing ad on Facebook, I phoned them and received a call back straight away. My broker is Peter. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the service and I highly recommend this company.

I had my time wasted by getting shuffled around with different brokers. This was very annoying as I had already developed a rapport with the first person. I ended up leaving and using Lendi.

I regret contacting this broker. They market themselves as being a best value broker service, but it’s just a big sham. The loan rates they provided were absolutely rubbish and my local brokers provided much lower loan rates, better customer support and service than these brokers. The Hash Ching broker made many mistakes on my loan application and would often scream at me on the phone. And their brokers gold badges don't mean anything - I had my local broker, a young new broker on the scene, provide a wider range of deals and client support. When I provided feedback to Hash Ching, I was just told to leave a online review for the broker on their website and then hung up on. My advice is to shop around with at least three local brokers and avoid Hash Ching. I guarantee you’ll get better loan rates and customer service elsewhere.

Terrible business to deal with as a broker, the quality of their leads have taken a real dive so much so they are generating them from credit repair agencies which means, you guessed it multiple defaults & bankruptcy etc. when I advised I did not want to deal in this space they gave me some prepared speech about not being a lead generation service and what I was paying their subscription plus a third of my commission for was their technology, yeah right.... if you’re a broker don’t waste your time with them and put your money into google addwords/Facebook marketing yourself... Additionally, they have a very one sided contract when it comes to claw backs and their self titled ceo comes across very desperate to garnish every applicable dollar even when you can clearly deomonstrate you won’t make a nickel out of a transaction because of the short term funding nature of an application and you only did the transaction to help a customer out as a “love job”. From a customer point of view, take my advice go to your local broker direct because these guys have very misleading advertising with saying “pre-negotiated rates” making you feel like you are getting something special through them and only them.. you’re not, these are all off the shelf rates and any decent broker can get you them or sometimes even better if the loan size warrants individual price negotiating with a lender.
