Incredibly happy with my experience shopping yesterday. Went in with an idea of what I wanted. The consultant, Paul was kind, personable and friendly. He offered alternatives, listened to what I needed and showed comparisons to narrow down what would suit me. I appreciate that he spoke to me with no condescension, patronising rhetoric or the assumption that I was ignorant like some other stores I'd been too that day. I walked out with a phone that I got a fantastic deal on and a great experience shopping. More than happy to spend my money in store. My thanks to all the staff I spoke with yesterday.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Giving good advice using a style that make the customer feel comfortable. I used to shop at a similar store but find I like H.N. for Service, Product Knowledge, Manners, Respect and Value for Money.
Excellent service received from Connor in the electrical dept at Harvey Norman Noarlunga. Highly recommend this store and Connor in particular - nothing was too hard and he was so friendly and helpful I bought ALL my appliances from him - Fridge, washing machine, induction cooktop, Range hood, microwave. If you care about receiving excellent customer service - go see Connor. This is my first Google review ever as it’s the first time I was impressed enough to take the time to do so.
I have just been into Harvey Norman to buy an iPad. Knew what I wanted. Waited as the staff was busy with other people. One worker just ignored me and went to serve a couple that had just walked in. So after waiting 15 minutes I walked out and spent my 599 at Officeworks. They served me as soon as I walked in and offered me a bargain as well. Really poor customer service Harvey Norman.
There was no customer service, when I did ask about an appliance, the man was rude and short with his response, playing with the computer and looking at personal stuff was more important. He said he didn’t have what I wanted in stock, only a dearer version was available. After leaving I went back on the website and was able to click and collect from the same store at Noarlunga.
I go to the counter for a return of a bad product. First thing speaking to the counter in electronics Me: "Hi how are you" Counter: "How can I help you" So I repeat myself "how are you?" Counter: "I am fine how can I help you" Explained my issue. Get sent to the wrong person. Then sent to the right person. Won't issue a refund only store credit. But the product doesn't work as described. An argument that lasted over 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible service in their electronics department. Bought furniture there and the staff on that side are great.
Easy parking. Helpful staff. They had what I wanted at a good price.
