Reserved a dryer this morning and went to the store. They had a sign “online orders”. Spoke to the person there and said to go to the washing/dryer section. Did that and spoke to a guy who had no idea what to do and then he took me to another person who was also wrong but she was really helpful and got the guy who could help me. He did the invoice and then sent me to person who I first spoke to pay for it. Then had to drive to there warehouse in Alexandria as they did not have stock which the website said they did. Need to improve big time…..

Excellent range and customer service! I recently purchased a dining table and entertainment unit and was pleasantly surprised with the service provided by Kim Sherlock. Kim was attentive and kind and really helpful with selecting the right colours to match my new apartment. She provided outstanding service and I wouldn't go to anyone else now! I bought a new laptop from Cody today. Cody is an asset to Harvey Norman. His customer skills and knowledge are outstanding. After very poor service at Bing Lee I was so grateful to Cody for his patience and courteous manner in listening to what I required and would use the laptop for. He then went straight to the appropriate laptop and set about thoroughly explaining the features and gave me a great package at a very good price. Thank you Cody for making an overwhelming choice so easy.

When I was in need of a new PC computer I went straight to Harvey Norman at Moore Park. I remembered they have a 'old to new' service which suited me perfectly. On arrival I was overwhelmed by the large amount of choice - that's when I met Cody. Young Cody helped me narrow down my options by listening to my needs. This is rare and excellent customer service - someone listening to my needs. Cody made the entire experience seamless and professional. Bought a nice sofa in a sale given their word that they would fix its broken back and provide the missing cables for the reclining feature. It took nearly 4 months to have a technician at my place to inspect the sofa. Some weeks later they decide to not fix or give me a new one, but to return the money as credit in the store. Really disappointed.
