Debbie and Chris (bedding department) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when helping us select the most suitable bed suit for our new home. Mirna (furniture department) was very approachable and helped us find a table suitable to the style we were trying to replicate. Thank you!

Bought quite a lot of stuff over the years at Harvey Norman. Well laid out store with pretty much everything you need to fit out an entire house and office. Definetly check your prices online, they will negotiate to get the sale. Really great selection of items that are mostly well displayed and in some cases able to be tested. Prices on some items were confusing as items nearly always have clear price labels on them, and then another set of labels with usually cheaper/special etc prices displayed on the back panel of the displays. Trying to figure out which label/price belongs to which item especially when they have similar names was tiring. Staff were friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable about products I asked about. Only hassle was we seemed to be almost pestered by sales staff no matter where we were in the store asking us if we needed help, on average every couple of minutes. This really gets annoying after a while.

Great and quick service. I went in to grab a TV (I already knew which one I needed) but I had to be in and out in minutes due to us being in the middle of moving house. The staff member I had helping me was very friendly and super quick once the computer system was up and running. I managed to get in and out in around 10 Min. And had the tv in the car within 20min. Top marks Harvey

Huge store and friendly staff. We bought many items from Harvey Norman. Although there was very crowded, we could find someone to listen to our needs and give advice. Eryn, Chris and Matt are amazing people and carefully listen and come up with the most suitable advice. They try their best to offer lowest price. I would recommend everyone to see Eryn for kitchen appliances, Chris for washing machines, specially Matt for TVs as they really have comprehensive knowledge.

Great experience buying my new bed. Mary B (5802) is an excellent operator. Her Professionalism, expertise and excellent service made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to her. I went to the bedding department to spend maximum 1K but Mary B customer service exceeded my expectations so I spent double. I ordered my new bed on Saturday and it arrived the early morning of Sunday. I highly recommend this company for great shipping and great customer service. Welldone Mary I’ll be back soon for more pillows and perhaps another bed.

Well-made furniture and a massive variety. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They offer delivery for 80 and payment plans are extremely flexible - you can even pay upon delivery to the courier. Storage options are great and they can even hold the items (for 6 months) until you are ready to receive them.
