This review is on furniture department. Terrible quality sofa. Purchased sofa only last year and paid 300 extra for the fabric protection spray which they claim helps prevent sun fading/stains. My sofa is completely sun bleached from the goulburn winter sun coming through windows. I have emailed harvey norman with photos and called with no reply. Harvey norman used to have quality furniture, not anymore.
Very helpful staff, service in their computer repairs section is fantastic, they fix it asap for you, nothing is to much trouble for them.
