I was so excited to have upgraded our bedroom suite, Kyla was fantastic to deal with through the sale aspect. After delivery customer service not so great unfortunately. I received my delivery yesterday afternoon, assembled and unboxed after I got home. Didn’t actually get into the bed until late last night, spent the night tossing and turning, didn’t really sleep and woke up with back pain this morning. When I rang as soon as they opened to ask what could be done this wasn’t the mattress I was expecting etc. I paid for a plush mattress that’s not what I received my concerns were deflected and passed onto manager. Manager Abby called back 7 hours later asked whether I had opened the bag, clearly had we slept in it. Again I got we have to wear the mattress in line, which I refuted because I never had to do such a thing with my previous plush mattress. No recourse to return or refund; not an option once opened! What a joke if I wanted a bloody firm mattress I would have paid for one. Her only solution was to wear it in for a few weeks and if I am still finding unsatisfactory they could lodge a warranty repair. I don’t want a warranty claim I want the bloody soft cloud I laid on in store or I want my money back so I can go buy my cloud elsewhere

The staff member answered my questions on a particular blender/food processor incorrectly. I was able to Google Search the correct answer regarding attachments whilst in-store I will be going back to the Harvey Norman store in Dandenong because I have always had amazing service and product knowledge at this store

I went to purchase a laptop to Fountain Gate Harvey Norman on 25/01/21. There were few sales person available who were waiting for the customers. But none of them wanted to serve me. I had to go to a sales person to ask them to help me. The sales persons only spent 5 minutes with me to finalize my sale and add it to his monthly salesperson.I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and I purchased it from Harvey Norman fountain gate. I went there because it was closer to me but the service was very bad compared to the other Harvey Norman branches. I will never go back to the Harvey Norman in fountain gate.

Harvey Norman Fountain Gate was good but it is a fair way to travel to from Ferntree Gully. We used to have a more local store in Westfield Knox but they are no longer there so we are now forced to either travel to Nunawading or Fountain Gate. Due to this we don't go there as often anymore. It would be great if we could see a Harvey Norman store back around the Knox area again.
