I buy all my electrical appliances big and small, furniture and bedding from HN Erina ever since I moved to the Coast 15 years ago. I have never had any issues and I have always been treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and superb customer service. There are two people which stand out and it is deserving and proper that I mention them in my review. They are Robert, the manager of electrical appliances and the nicest lady I have encountered Conchita. She also works in the electrical department. I would highly recommend that you see either of these two salespeople as they are the most helpful, respectful, polite and kind individuals you will ever come across in a shopping experience. Well done Robert and CONCHITA.

I bought a leather 3 piece recliner lounge suite which we have had issues with the mechanical mechanisms of the recliners which still hasn't been rectified and the leather is painted on and within 11 months of purchasing the suite the paint has begun to peel off on the headrest. We were not informed it is painted leather. This complaint has been going on since December last year and they only want to repair it. This is not good enough and when you are sold a premium product you expect to receive a premium product and service. The lounge suite is faulty and poorly made. I will not be buying furniture from Harvey Norman again and I recommend you look elsewhere as well, as their products and service are appalling. This product is NOT REAL leather as REAL leather does not Peel. It is painted leather which has peeled.

Visited this place to purchase wireless earphones. The staff member who assisted us was helpful and patient. Although the product knowledge is limited, the willingness to help and attention we received compensated for it. Another downside is the lack of stock of some models/brands, which was quite disappointing. However, we ended buying 2 pairs of one of the brands that were available and we're pretty happy with them. The convenient location and plenty of parking space made the visit quite comfortable.
