Knowledge on products was good but customer service was really lacking. Found it quite disappointing considering I was there to purchase an expensive item & it took away the excitement my son had for the present he was receiving... UPDATE: I was contacted by the 1st Salesman that wrote the invoice for our products to find out what happened when we went back in to purchase them. He apologised & assured me he will be speaking to the Salesman that provided the disappointing customer service... Thank You Kyle

The sales guy sold me a recorder instead of the DVD player I asked for, when I took it back the next day they charged me another 25 dollars for the inconvenience of changing it. Not very good service
