We bought a lounge in May 2020 and it was delivered in August 2020 within 6 weeks the cushioning on the seating started dropping and becoming uneven. We have waited months for repairs and had to go Fair Trading to get them to acknowledge there is multiple new spots that are dropping and the overall quality the lounge is the problem. So 8 months later they picked the lounge up to review it and were so rude about it. The loaner lounge was damaged and they didn’t tell me. When I asked the guys to help me to move it where my lounge was they said no. I said I have a bad back and have no one home with me for days and they didn’t care. I had to unpack and try and drag the lounge around alone. We will neve shop at Harvey Norman again. We will take this to the Tribunal if they don’t acknowledge this is a major fault. Don’t buy lounges from them!
