Very bad customer service, the manager said he'll call the police because we asked a lower price on a dish washer. They are not a genuine outlet store and shame on them for being a Harvey Norman. Pure vulture and no customer service after you have handed them the money. Plus they don't do refunds for change of mind, don't get scammed just because they are using Harvey Norman name. The good guys and JB Hi Fi have way better customer service and deals.

MANAGER ROB is the rudest guy I have ever came across, doesn’t have any patience at all. As a customer I have full right to ask questions and visit the store as many times I want. It’s not your Dad’s store mate. Learn some basics , I think he needs to be sent to school again.

Robert at this store was SO incredibly rude and I would never go to this store again. The customer service here is horrible. He started argument with me such a rude guy. I would not give even 1 start if I had the option!!! Avoid this store!

Seriously looking for a bargain, then march right on in to any other shop, I would suggest JB because that actually do discount when you ask them if you can do a better price. With 2 employees in the shop, assistance was non existent, when inquired about the clearance centre higher than retail prices I was given a glib "yeah it's like that" answer, do yourself a favour save your money and go somewhere else.
