Went into this store today with the intention of purchasing a Bosch washing machine, dryer & a Phillips air fryer. After an incident with the rudest lady named Laura - I walked right out absolutely humiliated and shocked by the way she spoke to myself and my husband. I will be taking this complaint further.

Don’t buy anything form them the biggest liars and untruthful workers. even the the manager Clair was too rude to deal with me. there is no follow what in invoice’s detail and the products all time delay with no option refund

Today went to Harvey Norman the Broadmeadows branch to purchase Nutri bullet had the offer going on . They also sell furniture and floor tiles for home. There is lot of parking space available . The customer service needs to be improved a lot . I was there for more then 10 mins and I thought I will find the product easily . So went to ask one of the staff and when there to ask and have to wait next to them and ask for help . They were busy discussing the week end plans ( must be very important ).

Had a very good click and collect experience here this week. Parked in a bay, clicked the 'I'm here' button, had a very short wait (maybe two minutes) and two very pleasant obliging young ladies brought out my order. It was bulky, because there were quite a few items and they loaded them into my car boot efficiently, and declined offers of help, I assume because of Covid protocols. The entire process took less than five minutes and I am more than happy with all of my purchases, and the prices were also competitive.
