I came down to compete in the Geelong 70.3 on the weekend and noticed when packing my bike to fly down from Sydney the evening before that something was wrong with my rear free hub. I spoke to Steve (owner) on the phone and he said when my flight arrives to come straight in. I think they could see the look of worry/ stress on my face and as soon as I arrived. They dropped what they were doing and took total care in making sure my wheel got fixed for race day. They had a heap on (other bikes for servicing, constant stream of customers) but made sure that the wheel was race ready. they did a fantastic job. Their service, friendliness and attitude was amazing. THANK YOU TEAM!

Assistant helped me diagnose the problem with my tyre not getting inflated, Apparently valve was broken and tube needed to be replaced. Purchased the tube for 11 dollars and changed it myself at home. Exceptional Customer Service. They are honest business and reasonably priced. Would visit them again for sure.

Nice staff but really over priced like not the parts or bikes. I mean like the them doing work on your bike I asked for them to take out my bottom bracket and they said it would be 55 just to unscrew a bottom bracket I and take off the cranks with a crank puller. So I went to belmont cycles and they charged me 8 and had it done with in the same day.

Well no I am just voicing my anger and frustration with my treatment after the last visit. And how merrily you guys ruined my day. You cant even admit your mistake, let me make that clear. Your mistake. Like being sold the completely wrong thing.... I would put more specific information to help but im am likely going to get some responce from you anyway like you did with Andrews Cooke
