This gym is amazing! If you want to join an only women's gym this is the place! P There's classes everyday except Sunday and you have access to differebt equipment. Most of the people here are friendly and ate willing to help if you're a newbie! It's a great environment and you don't feel uncomfortable at all! The only downside is that it's a bit expensive however it's totally worth it!

Great gym!!! Iv been here for a couple Of year's, staff are all great and extremely helpful. Classes are amazing as well.
DONT sign up to this gym, there is no support, zero customer service, when i signed up I didn't even get a tour of the gym as all gyms do when a person signs up to their facility or at least shown how to use any of the equipment. The girls who answer the phones are unhelpful and say they will call back but never do. They need better staff and better support to customers
I have been searching for the right gym to go to and I am so glad that I found this Gym. It's open at all hours, parking is never a problem, all the equipment is new, the staff are great and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it !!!!!!
Amazing gym ! Love love the friendly staff who always take the time to just listen to what you have to say ! Love the fact that this place makes me feel so comfortable! As for all the woman who leave bad reviews maybe they should check themselves and there personalities because they all seem to be the Unfriendly rude people who aren’t even approachable ! The trainers are amazing and always give me real advice! The place is always clean and the vibe is just amazing ! Love you fam xxx
This gym is absolutely amazing , the staff team are supportive and always ensure that I am on the right track . I would recommend anyone who needs to loose weight to hit her fitness.
I love this gym ! The staff are very friendly, always ready to listen and willing to help. Her Health & Fitness is a fully equipped and clean gym. I would highly recommend giving it a go !
