I had a procedure done with Dr Solomon. I totally recommend him.. He is one of the most professional, thorough, caring Drs I have come across. Fadia and the receptionists were amazingly helpful and friendly.. I traveled from inner west to see Dr Solomon and don’t regret it at all.. highly recommend

Worst medical centre in Granville if you want proper care and help go to Granville Family Medical Centre. Receptionist are rude, the women in pathology have no respect. And doctors do not care they just want you in and out. Wanna be treated like a number than a human then come to Granville Medical Bridge Centre. Horrible!

Went there today and one star is too much for this place . The receptionist Elsi and pathologist Fadia both looked like they did not want to be there .. every time someone coughed Fadia would run out to see who it was .. it’s a doctors surgery and it’s flu season so people are going to be sick . Wear masks or stay home if you're so scared . If the doctors weren’t good I wouldn’t go there .. a smile is free .. you work in an industry where you are going to see people all the time - smile it doesn't cost you anything - if you can’t manage that then find a new profession .

Words don't do justice as to how amazing this medical centre is. Not only the surgery itself and it's location but also the people. I have been attending this surgery 15 years now and it has been better each time. Each time I have gone I have been greeted with proper customer service and care. I also observe the way the receptionist ladies provide there customer services to others and it's even more professional and nice to them. The doctors are also very helpful and professional and try to do their best with spending as much time as needed with each patient to provide the best possible service and maybe this is why a wait could be long. Wouldn't you rather want to spend as much time with your doctor as possible instead of them rushing you? I certainly appreciate it when the doctors give me the time I need in a situation where I need there help the most and I certainly understand when other patients also get that proper service. The pathology ladies are wonderful always keep me company and make me feel better and laugh when I get there even if I am going to get blood tests done. Overall Dr Soliman has really upgraded the medical centre to be even better each time. His care for me and other patients and his professionalism is nothing to ignore and that is the reason why I will never stop visiting this surgery and Dr Soliman & Gabriel. This place deserves 10 stars !!
