Everything was good. Smooth and efficient. The only suggestion I’d make is for reception staff not to chew gum whilst on front reception. The girl that served me was chewing gum and it’s not a good look when talking to clients/patients.
What a gorgeous modern environment, all services under one roof, very caring & friendly staff from receptioninist to doctors & nurses. Just moved to Goulburn yesterday from Brisbane for my tree change. This practice such a good find. I highly recommend
Easy to find, plenty of parking, lovely staff. I was made to feel very welcome by everyone I came into contact with at the centre. The specialist I saw was very thorough and I look forward to a mutually acceptable management plan for my ongoing health.
Excellence in medicine and health care. Quiet waiting rooms, fast turnover of patients. Dr. PENDER was very easy to talk to, and very understanding of my problem. It was all a great pleasure!
I traveled over 100 km (round trip) and arrived early. After waiting 50 mins I had to leave, having not seen a doctor. I appreciate that every doctor's time is valuable, but so too is the client's. I am unlikely to try again.
My visit to the Goulburn Health Hub occurred due to not been able to obtain an appointment with my usual medical clinic. My visit was due to a suspected sinus infection and was seamless from start to finish. The office staff were friendly and helpful, the Doctor was very professional and through and the Nurse who preformed the ECG that was requested by the Doctor explained all details of the test and performed the test very professionally. I am extremely grateful for been able to accommodate me with short notice.
Comprehensive medical facilities, large pharmacy and a coffee bar all in one building - well planned and a pleasure to visit.
