Before Covid, I used the pool for ongoing treatment of a spinal injury. Sadly, the Covid shutdown created havoc with treatment and management of the injury, but this was understandably necessary. In recent weeks I contacted the club by phone twice, and was informed that the pool was open once again, despite vague information online saying it was still temporarily closed. I today attended the pool based on the information given by phone, and was frustratingly turned away at reception with the news that the pool was not fully open, and there was a complex array of limited times available to use the facility, totaly in contrast to information provided twice previously by phone. To add insult to injury, the young man behind the counter continued to comment "its on the web site", despite my standing there in front of him and hoping to have the situation clarified in real life. A further breif search of the web after leaving the club has resulted in the website that was refered to not being easily found, and no such schedual for use being located. Please, please, please understand that this facility and facilities like it are critical to ongoing injury rehabilitation and other such treatment for some members of the community. I accept there are difficult conditions in which we have all been forced to exist of late, but I beg of you to be clear with your communications, ensure all your staff are equipped with accurate information, and try a little harder not to put others in the position I have been put in today, still unable to continue necessary injury management thanks to miss information and confusion.

I cannot recommend the Aquatots swimming school more. My children have progressed more in a few lessons than they had in a year at a previous school. Friendly staff, very organised, and very clean.
Great gym and friendly service.
Great pool for doing hydrotherapy in, and the meals at the little cafe were lovely.
Pool and gym are kept very clean, usually fairly quiet, friendly staff.
