Went to this store (Underwood)on 3-12-16.Contacted a lady staff with fringe, When requested about advise on blockout window Blind, her reaction was like someone asked for her Kidney. So unprofessional and she's absoloutely in wrong profession. I believe the owner don't care either about customers.Couldn't get hold of the owner either. I wish I could give them 0 Star
