The best gym in the south east. I've been a happy member since 2016. The owner is a top bloke and he is always making improvements to the gym. Open 24 hours, and never gets crowded. Membership prices are cheap af. Even has a sound system with ad free spotify for any member to choose their music to play. Endless amounts of free weights and high class hammer strength machines! Which are kept in tip top shape. Foundry Gym Hallam is the place to train
Quiet, personal, welcoming weightlifting gym with some boxing and cardio. Owner is chill and he and everyone seems friendly. Prices are very competitive.
Even tho I have my own setup at home being exclusive and no casuals with the machines power racks weights and floor space this gym has just that. Wazza has done the hard yards to set this up bodybuilding oldskool style and I love it thankyou.
Joined the gym few days ago and loving this place. Open with lots of new equipment coming soon. Got a good deal 449 for 15 months. Just under 1 a day.

An old-school gym, boasting a motivating and supportive community to work out in. Has everything you need, you almost feel at home with the vibe of the place. Everyone is friendly and the owner is very nice. Best gym I have ever been to.
