She was able to communicate the technical differences in the mattresses I was looking at in a way that I could understand and also provided competitive pricing. We looked around at nearly every Bedding shop in Newcastle before heading back to the place we went first... 40 winks Kotara. We found the range of beds and mattresses was better then the others. Pricing and styles to suit everyone. The staff on the day were brilliant and their guys that came to deliver and set the bed up were clean ,respectable, super friendly and left no mess. Communication from the day we ordered bed until the day it was delivered was second to none !!! We will be back !!!

I ordered a bed and was told 2 weeks to come in then the next day they called and told me around 8 weeks I canceled the order and asked for my deposit back they told me the will send a bank check 2 weeks later and no check when I went to the store to sort it they were not interested just told me the check was sent now 3 weeks and still no check they will take your money quick but dont care to give it back NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM FORTY WINKS
We purchased a mattress yesterday and were assisted by Tracy. She was so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable - such a pleasure to deal with her! Would highly recommend visiting Forty Winks Kotara and speaking with her if you're in the market for a mattress.

Great in-store service, very helpful and accomodating. However I think I’ve made a mistake by doing the right thing and paying up front. As from that point things have gone quickly downhill. I was told that the mattress was not in stock, but would be in 7-10 days, and I could pick it up when called. 2 weeks later...no call. I followed up, was told I would be called back ASAP with details. No call back. I called again, to be told that it had been sent to another store. I asked to have it delivered due to my inconvenience. Was told it would be transferred to their store Monday and delivered Wednesday (another week). Frustrating. But I agreed. Today is Wednesday (delivery day). No mattress. I called again, only to be told that it’s arrived today and would be sent out to me NEXT Wednesday now (another week). I expressed my frustration, was told that the manager was not in until tomorrow (he’s never in until tomorrow)...convenient. Was told I could come and get it myself. Then told the manager would contact me tomorrow for a solution. Here’s a solution...deliver the mattress as promised, when promised and stop giving me the run around! Very poor post sale customer service!
Fantastic prices and incredible staff. Trevor took complete care of me, was competitive on pricing, extremely knowledgeable and easy to get a long with! Will be recommending all friends here.
