I am pleased that i chose Fortress. Louise was lovely to deal with. She was most helpful and professional and the installations were flawless. I was also impressed with the way Louise cleaned up. The communication process employed by Fortress was also great.
I live interstate, my mother is 90 years of age, lives on her own and is suffering a medical emergency. Her Carer couldn't access via the front door lock with the key. This is when you need professionals like Fortress Locksmiths and Master Locksmith, Louise. The Carers panicked and wanted to call 000/SES or the Fire Brigade to bash the front door in. The 1st. locksmith I called was hopeless & disappointing considering my emergency with a 1-2hour wait. I then called Fortress, Louise answered, told her of the emergency and she took immediate charge, checked the GPS and advised an ETA of 9 minutes to house. Louise displayed empathy, leadership and a big heart. She opened the lock saw my unconscious mother and stayed with her until the ambulance arrived. My gratitude and thanks Louise.
Absolutely the only locksmith to visit or call on the North Shore or all of Sydney for that matter! Reliable quality workmanship could not recommend them enough.
