Our neighbour had a unwarranted random home visit from the staff here that caused distress and they now are too afraid of mental health workers to seek further care. Thanks guys. Don't let anyone refer you here. Edit: They were humiliated by a male staff member, made fun of and spoken down to by staff and since making a complaint that male staff member has not been spoken to and as far as I know still works in the clinic. It is not a good place for young women at the moment. Stay away.

Absolutely disgraceful experience, would not recommend. It was not so much the assessment they made, but the way it was handled. The poor handling of the situation led to far greater distress and the ramifications are ongoing.

Absolutely horrible service with out of touch and undereducated workers. Some of the worst mental health services I’ve ever accessed; have twice made a complaint about being referred to this place for treatment. DO NOT COME HERE
