My experience with Fort Knox was amazing. They are a truly efficient organisation. Their kind and thoughtful service to me during a traumatic moving house experience on my own was first class. The days that I did most of the move were 42 and 43 degrees in a Melbourne summer. I was absolutely exhausted. The staff offered me cold drinks or tea and coffee and a rest in their air-conditioned customer lounge, whenever I needed it. Their smiling faces and thoughtfulness eased my discomfort so much. I've been to a number of storage lockers over the last year as my partner was being abandoned storage lockers . This facility stands out as the best. Modern clean well designed. Bright and cheerful. Great parking trolleys to load and unload very impressive. Deserves 5 stars for sure.
I had a great experience with Fort Knox self storage. Staff were always very polite and helpful with nothing too much trouble. Storage rooms and facilities were very clean and the free moving in van when first booking was amazingly helpful. Highly recommended if you need storage!
