My Oppo phone wouldn't turn on so I brought it to Fone King and was served by Hilton. He tried a few troubleshooting things on the spot and got the phone working! Didn't charge me, was just happy to help me out and was very knowledgeable and offered advice about new phones as well. Great service.

Popped into this store this morning, Hilton, Luke and Marty put off an awesome vibe, they have a work hard and play hard mentality, best part is my phone charger didn't actually need replacing, they gave it a clean out and didn't even charge me. Will definitely be back even if its just to say hi and hang out!!!!
Great customer service here from Marty and the rest of the team. After purchasing a phone and screen protector elsewhere, that store recommended visiting Fone King to get the protector installed professionally. Quick, easy and quality service, and a great sense of humour from all the staff, and Marty did a great job
The team were friendly and helpful. I got my new iPhone setup in no time with all the accessories I wanted, and were cheaper than elsewhere. They also kindly helped me out of a jam when my SIM was stuck in the old phone, opened it and fixed on the spot. Thanks again!
Just returned from my latest visit to our local Fone King at Carindale, and I was reminded why I haven't gone anywhere else for my phone accessories for about the last six years! First, Marty gave me more time than I deserved, kitting my family devices with new screen protectors, including putting some on that I brought with me (not purchased from them) at no extra cost!! It was also no issue looking for a product from an older line and finding exactly what I needed! On top of this, while I was taking up Marty's time, my son with ASD had managed to corner Dan the repairman! I cannot say how much I appreciate the time and attention he gave my son, even on a busy Saturday afternoon! A rare situation indeed! I have always had wonderful service, and still use the great products I have got from them guys over the years! This place will continue to have my business for as long as I need phone servicing! Thanks again, guys.
