Serena has been providing my office with fresh flowers for many years and my staff, our clients and myself have been amazed by the consistency of her dedication, her ability to make every change in arrangements even more beautiful than the last, the value for money, and her friendliness and unfailing good humour. I should make a provision in my will that only Flowers by Serena will be acceptable at my funeral! I have no hesitation in recommending Serena to anyone who (a) wants a flower arrangement, big or small and (b) is very fussy and particular with flowers. She will not disappoint.
