I had a wonderful experience using Floriade and I would not hesitate to recommend them based on the service I received. I live in Canada and wanted to send sunflowers to my daughter in Australia. Their website showed a lovely sunflower bouquet but due to the seasonal nature of some flowers, I needed to ensure they would be able to send sunflowers and not a substitute. I used the online chat to leave a message and received a reply confirming they were available. I wanted to customize the bouquet slightly and the fellow I spoke to was eager to please. After providing a few details on the chat, he then called me in Canada to finalize the order. I was super pleased that he called me directly and felt very satisfied.
