This place is a joke! Booked a birthday party one week in advance. We arrive and due to lack of signage and poor organisation, it took us 15 minutes to find a staff member to find out where our party room was. We were then escorted to a small fenced area directly across from the toilets and told our "party room" (just a table and chairs haphazardly arranged in an area just off the trampolines) would be ready at 5:30! It is now 5:45 and the last lot of people are still sitting at our table! So when we were booked for 5pm, it was actually 5:30 but no one bothered to tell us! It is now 5:45pm and we STILL don't have a party room! We paid for 10 kids, with the top package! We have paid 400 to be left standing around for 15 minutes then shoved into a corner to wait for a party room (that isn't even a room) that we have paid for in advance, in full! Bottom line, we WILL NEVER be coming to this or any Flip Out establishment again! This is disgraceful

Staff were very welcoming, could not fault the service. The kids really had fun.
Badly organised, no signage for where to go, ended up going upstairs, no staff to help you with where to go or what to do. Finally lined up to be admitted etc.. We then went to the drinks counter only to be told we had to line up where we originally lined up for admission and had to wait AGAIN. WON’T be recommending or returning
There was a huge line at reception the whole time we were there (2 hours). They seemed very understaffed. We paid 9 each a "Ninja Bundle" (hot chips, 3 nuggets, & a pop top juice). I ordered 2 Ninja Bundles, when I collected my food they told me that they put all the food in the one box...which was weird. It looked like they gave me 1 Ninja Bundle. So essentially, I paid 18 for 1 tiny box of food. But the line was too long to bother going back to sort it out. Almost no supervising parents were wearing face masks. Social distancing was impossible. We booked online which saved no time at all. They had heaps of lights turned off, not sure why but it felt creepy. Not going back!

Loads of space and decent equipment. Would recommend active parent supervision for smaller kids. Staff were courteous and helpful
I recently booked a 'cool weekend' party for my Son's 5th Birthday and was astonished at how simple it turned out to be. Everything went SO smoothly and everyone had such a great time! I communicated some initial concerns and questions by email and then on the phone to the manager and she was easy to chat to, explained all the processes clearly like payment and food and wristbands etc and her professionalism was commendable. The party itself had the perfect amount of catering, I ordered extra pizza and cake as I had 14 adults and 7 children and as they bought out the food towards the last 15 minutes of the party, they delayed bringing out the cake and extended our time without question to compensate for the timing of food not being exactly within the party window. We weren't rushed at all and the kids got a little extra time to Flip. All round, it was such a relief and such a success and I'd highly recommend booking a party here. I initially thought the total cost was a bit expensive BUT after my Son having the time of his life for his first proper party and everyone congratulating me on a fantastic even, it was 100% worth it! Thanks Flip out team at Penrith!!
Music far too loud. They need to do a sound (decibel) check. Even with ear plugs in it was still loud. Sitting for 2 hours listening to this noise is uncomfortable
