All was good until they said they were closing an hour and a half before closing time at 6pm for a after hours party that had setup early. If you advertise your closing time then you have to stay open to the public by law, if you say there is an after hours party happening then it should be prepared for closer to closing time and do not tell customers they have to leave for a party that starts in an hour and a half. You have upset the children that were there with some crying on the way out, they're your target market and the reason you stay in business. If you can't do something so simple people should not come to your business. Parents pay your price expecting to be able to stay the full time they payed for. The only reason you got 2 stars is because our child had fun, the food was good and the facilities were clean.

Good location next to the Penrith rsl car park. Cost 15 per child and 4.50 per adult, each adult getting a free coffee. Their play areas are quite open and high that even adults can enter them. There is an under 5s section here too so smaller kids can also have their own fun. Not a bad entertainment area for the cost

When are you ACTUALLY OPEN? Attempted to come here for my sons 1st Birthday on Wednesday (yesterday) as a casual visit, came almost ONE HOUR before closing time and the place wasn’t open. Called at least four times. NO ANSWER. Called again today to find out proper business hours. CALLED FIVE TIMES, NO ANSWER. What is with businesses and not having accurate business times. It’s VERY SIMPLE.
Good place to let kids run around safely. Only criticism : no recycling bins! Had to take the cans home to recycle them. Surely needs to be added
Place was quite dirty and staff didn't seem to want to be there, The staff were very young, quite rude and was not welcoming at all. There is also not much of a choice of food.
Good facilities,fun for kids of all ages and adults too. But the food is terrible. Slow service and Wii leave you feeling a bit sick
