Both my boys have been coming for years and Shek and Sam are still happy to see them every lesson. FitKids is the only form of exercise my eldest son has ever liked. When asked, he told me it's because the teachers actually take an interest in everybody - not just the best kids. Dodge-ball and tug of war at the end of the lesson are both favourites with my youngest who has been known to complain of being about to catch on fire from working so hard in the class (Which is in itself a great achievement). Definitely the best kids fitness club in the Port Phillip area.

My children have been doing classes for 4 years. It is an amazing environment for kids to learn in. It's supportive & instructional while being fun. Its given my kids confidence & discipline & made them incredibly fit. The team are always happy to help in any way they can & I cannot recommend FITkids enough! 5 stars!!
