Not the fist time I had problems when I tried calling to make appointment. Today for example: Waited 4x for approx 15 minutes,was put on hold & then someone just hangs up. The doctors are great but I don’t know what’s happening with the reception :(

Very bad service from reception and very rud. Keep me on hold over the phone more than 35 min to make an appointment.the doctors are good I give them one star.

I've been going to this clinic for the past few years, maybe even since Casey Central was built. I can see there's a lot of negative reviews on the customer service at this place but I have personally never had a problem. The receptionists are always nice and understanding when my family and I visit, and even on the phone. I feel as if their frankness is taken by many as unkindness but the place always seems busy so it makes sense that they have to be straight-forward in order to be efficient. The doctors have always been extremely helpful and caring, and have always listened to what I had to say. I highly recommend this clinic!

As one of their regular patients I called in for an appointment for my 9 day old newborn and was told there was none available till the following day as there was only 1 doctor working. Inspite of explaining the urgency and requesting for atleast a telehealth appointment the receptionist seemed completely unempathetic and suggested I try another clinic. Working in healthcare myself found this extremely disappointing esp considering its a newborn. I will not be returning here. Terrible service

How thankful am I for this clinic! Every doctor I have seen here is caring, knowledgeable and considered in their care plans and treatments. The nurses and reception staff are consistently warm and helpful too. While friends have struggled to score timely appointments at other clinics, the reliable and consistently high standards I have experienced here mean I have no qualms about booking in with any doctor at the clinic because I can be assured that my family and I will be well looked after by just about any staff member, even if my preferred doctor is not available. Thorough, caring and consistent - just what the doctor ordered!

Omg an appointment as a new patient with the hour of my phone call. A dr we understand easily how diagnosised & explained everything. Plus another appointment when needed later in week. Well done very excited

Reception staff needs to have some basic customer service skills. They are very rude and arrogant. Doctors are ok but need to speed it up, wait times are through the roof. Alternatively they can have realistic gaps between appointments.
